Locus Office Pera is a brand of Modin İnşaat ve Tanıtım Hizmet Org. Yat. San. Ve Tic. A.Ş. Founded in 1998, Modin is a construction company building holiday houses in Bodrum. So far, there are 3 completed stages; first two in Akyarlar, third one in Turgutreis.

It has now invested in serviced offices with the first facility on Istiklal Street, Istanbul since 2011 . The company headquarters are in Beyoğlu Iş Merkezi, Istiklal Street as well.
